What the research actually tells us

Social media and CRM matter.

NAR’s 2024 U.S. member survey lists social media and CRM among the tools respondents most often credited with quality leads. That is reported experience, not proof of a sales lift.

Response delays are a real risk.

A 2011 cross-industry study reported an association between earlier contact and lead qualification. It did not establish a guaranteed increase in closed sales.

Reactivation starts with permission.

Canadian commercial email requires a valid consent basis, identification and unsubscribe options. A past contact is not unlimited permission to send campaigns.

The manual column describes one illustrative process, not all agents. These sources do not measure Purple Box results or prove that AI, SEO or automation causes more transactions.

SAMPLE WORKFLOW · NOT LIVE CUSTOMER ACTIVITY

What happens after someone asks?

Your system handles the routine follow-up. Your team handles the decision.

“I’d like to discuss your service. Can your team contact me?”

  1. Your website

    01Capture the request

Contact details, requested service, city and timing.

  2. Approved AI + CRM

    02Keep it moving

An identified virtual assistant gathers the missing basics using approved questions.

  3. Your team

    03Make it personal

Your team reviews fit, contacts the person and confirms the next step.

An example, not a promised outcome. Appointments require human confirmation. Marketing messages require an appropriate permission basis.

Make the next step clear.

A service page should explain what you do, where you work and how someone can call, request a quote or ask about an appointment.

Match the channel to the decision.

Someone who needs an urgent repair may search Google. Someone planning a renovation may first want to see examples of your work.

Keep the conversation moving.

An inquiry is a starting point. Gather useful details, confirm the next step and give your team a clear view of who needs a follow-up.

ONE BUSINESS. ONE CATEGORY. ONE CITY.

Get us on your team.
Not your competitor’s.

If we partner with a direct competitor in your agreed category and city, we won’t take on your business in that same market while that partnership’s exclusivity applies.

Tell us your services and city. We’ll review whether we can partner with you, then discuss how to attract inquiries, follow up and reconnect with past clients. No commitment to start.
